We have decided to start shooting our thriller this sunday after preparing everything we need.
On Wednesday we took pictures of our location, set times for shooting and made an MSN account which would be used by the young girl in our thriller.
Today Claudie printed out a photograph of a missing girl which will be used in the opening scene as a suggestion towards our outcome.
On Sunday we have decided to film the scenes using the young girl, played by Amy Williams. We will be therefore shooting the opening when she is walking home, the fast paced routine and then when she signs on and talks to the paedophile over MSN.
We will obviously be using all our props and uniform for this shoot, and talking films along the way to show us and how we have created our film for the blog.

Preparing for our Main Task
We have started to plan and structure our main film for AS Level.
After brain storming ideas we came up with our main task as being a young girl who is stalker in her home by a paedophile who she speaks to via msn.
It seems quite stereotypical and obvious, however, we have cleverly structured the storyline so that it covers the critera of our task as the opening of a thriller.
We firstly started planning location and casting for our film.
LOCATION:
We have decided on filming it at Livi's house as she lives in a suitable area for our film with alleyways and a main road outside which we can use during the girls walk home.
We want to use her study whilst the girl is chatting to the man and then her kitchen and rooms downstairs throughout the scene.
We also brainstormed ideas for shots necessary when on the girls walk home, thinking of different alleyways which would set a suitable atmosphere for the build up of our film.
Finally we have decided to use our actresses study as the paedophile's study room as it is in contrast to Livi's study as a gloomy and dark room, typical of the genre.
CASTING:
Amy Williams as the school girl.
Elliot Williamson, David Williams, David Edwards as ideas for our male role in our film.
COSTUME:
We are planning to use school uniform for the young girl as it is realistic to our film but also portrays her vulnerability and her age.
We would like the paedophile to be in contrast, a dark duffel coat perhaps. Dark trousers, and we will be using makeup to accentuate his eyes to be dark and frightening.
ANY FURTHER PREPARATION:
We are planning to take pictures of Amy throughout the week in different outfits. We will take these through fences, from above, through car windows etc to look as though she is being stalked. We can then use these to stick over the walls in Amy's study when the man is on the computer to the young girl.
